This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected or submitted on Caracole’s website. This policy does not apply to information collected in person when you engage in Caracole’s health education, prevention, case management or housing services. On some pages of our website, you can make donations or request information. Caracole does not directly process online donations, therefore we do not ask for credit card information. The company that processes our online donations has a privacy policy statement that explains what information they collect and how they use your information.
Caracole also contracts with an applicant tracking system; if you apply for employment through the website, the application, resume and other materials you provide will be stored in an online database available only to our staff. The company processing these applications also has privacy policies to protect your data.

Caracole encrypts financial information provided online. Personal and financial information is accessible only to Caracole staff or contractors who have signed privacy agreements. All contractors and staff who access personal information are bound to adhere to this policy as part of their contract or employment with Caracole.
