We are Greater Cincinnati’s nonprofit devoted to positively changing lives in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
Through HIV prevention, housing and care, our work to end the HIV epidemic is essential to a healthy community.
Reduce the health risks—like HIV—associated with using drugs.
People who use drugs deserve the same access to care and life-saving materials as everyone else. We provide harm reduction services to help you remain safe and healthy while using drugs and having sex.
Our harm reduction vending machine offers access to safer-use supplies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round. The machine is located outside the rear entrance at:

No. Harm reduction doesn’t encourage people to use drugs. It helps them make healthier choices, no matter where they are on their journey. It also makes it easier to get care, support, and treatment—if and when they’re ready.
Harm reduction strategies—like providing new syringes at syringe service programs (SSPs), safer injection/smoking supplies, increasing access to testing and treatment, and offering education on safer-use practices—help prevent the spread of HIV, hepatitis C and other infections, since blood can live on many of these items.
